Company located in Bogotá Colombia, dedicated to provide solutions focused on improving the availability of critical infrastructure for electrical systems, such as electrical substations; its main clients: Grupo Enel (Codensa) and Grupo EPM

ATA Successfully completed the implementation of Idempiere / SmartERP using modules of Requests, Work Orders, Inventory Management and Billing, with SmartJSP as a strategic partner in consulting and implementation.

Solution: SmartERP

In this project we integrated in the same environment 100% WEB the processes of request management with scaling, notification and workflows, with work orders, management of fixed and mobile inventories in real time, billing of products and services, of the company ATA Electric; replacing more than 3 isolated systems, complying with global standards and with the possibility of scalability over time.

During our implementation plan, we train operators, functional and technical users to work autonomously and with internal support, allowing us to have a tool that evolves with the company and the business without supplier dependencies.
